Production Technician
Monday through Friday, 6:30AM – 3:00PM
Pay $17-$18 hourly
Must have worked in manufacturing
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Must be good at math and measuring
Must have HS Diploma or GED
Production Technician job will require the candidate to do the following:
- Operate equipment to move fabric rolls into flame retardant chemistry
- Learn to sew fabric rolls together via sewing machine
- Assist with pulling fabric rolls from inventory for production
- Assist with placement of fabric rolls into inventory
- Assist with machine start-up and clean-up at the beginning and ending of each day
- With training, assist in preparing chemical mixes
- Be able to add and subtract simple fractions when calculating fabric yardage
- Be able to lift rolls of fabric weighing up to 50 pounds and assist with lifting rolls weighing up to 75 pounds
