A kitchen equipment manufacturer in Mesquite, Texas is hiring a Project Coordinator ASAP!

Pay: $36-38k annual

Shift: 1st (8am-5pm)

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Manages projects through the various applications from start to completion.• Cross reference information and verify order processing for visibility in the system.• Prepares and distributes sales contracts and other electronic correspondence with customers.• Maintains continual contact with Outside Sales Team to ensure timelines are met for each project.• Communicates internally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Installation, and Logistics to coordinate successful project completion.• Maintains consistent coordination of projects and ensures overdue tasks are resolved quickly.

• Reviews equipment backorders, verifies relevant charges have been received, and invoice contracts.

• Demonstrates responsibility and sound judgement in practical matters.• Shows strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.• Works well under pressure and thrives as a team player.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be intermediate level or above in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.• 1-2 years of customer service or related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
