We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator for a Northwest San Antonio services company. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, working Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Daily duties to include:

  • Managing documents and files from contractors

  • Communicating information requests with vendors and contractors

  • Entering job costs into system

  • Faxing/Filing/Copying/Scanning of documents

  • Creating letters for Vendors and Suppliers

  • Data entry of purchase orders

  • Order supplies

  • Track equipment deliveries

  • Maintain logs

  • Phones and general office support

  • High School education

  • 3+ years of Administrative support (preferably in Construction industry)

  • MS Office proficiency

  • General Office skills (fax/file/copy/scan/data entry/phones)

  • Reliable transportation



Pay range: $14-$15 hourly, DOE
