We are recruiting for a Purchasing Clerk for a Southeast San Antonio Manufacturing company. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the successful candidate.

Daily duties will include:


  • Procurement responsibilities

  • Vendor database updates

  • Vendor relationship management

  • Coordinating with warehouse departments for shipping/receiving

  • Reporting and coordinating with regional and corporate offices

  • General Office support


This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in a business casual environment.

  • High School education

  • 3+ years of Purchasing experience (Manufacturing industry purchasing HIGHLY preferred)

  • 3+ years of Vendor relationship management experience (from sourcing to contracts review)

  • Windows-based accounting software proficiency (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

  • MS Office proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Accurate Data Entry skills

  • General Office skills (fax/file/copy/scan/phones)

  • Reliable transportation



Pay range: $14-$16 hourly DOE
