Immediately hiring a QC Inspector of aircraft parts for a large manufacturing company.
Pay is $18-$20/hr. depending on experience
Shift is Mon-Fri 7am-4:30pm
Duties:
- Responsible for ensuring that all aircraft parts meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations
- Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft parts at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, industry standards, and company quality policies
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports; document findings and communicate issues to relevant departments
- Verify and calibrate product support equipment, including tooling
- Support manufacturing calibration and tool verification
- Perform functional tests and measurements using precision instruments and tools to assess the quality and performance of components
- Identify quality issues and perform root cause analysis
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques, including statistical process control
- Minimum 1 yr. of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Previous quality control experience preferred
