ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·        Provides coil information to Operations and Sales personnel as needed.

·        Performs daily update of coil information (status) in OTIS.

·        Maintains calibration system

·        Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports.

·        Completes letters, memos, etc. and assists with projects as needed.

·        Instruct and train Team Members as needed to meet quality requirements.

·        Maintain all Quality files.

  • Willing to work rotating shifts

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:   Two year degree from college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, quality manuals, operational procedures, and work instructions. Must have the ability to write work instruction, process procedures, standards, routine reports and correspondence when required.  Must also be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization when required.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations when required. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs when required.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  Ability to use ten key calculator, perform data entry, and use various personal computer software (Microsoft Windows, Excel).
