As a Quality Inspector, you will:
– Inspect and assess vehicles at various stages of modification and assembly to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
– Review drawings, technical specifications, and electrical schematics to verify proper installation and modification of equipment
– Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from standards, ensuring corrective actions are taken before vehicle completion
– Perform visual and physical inspections of completed work, including but not limited to disassembly and reassembly processes
– Utilize testing tools and equipment to measure and confirm that vehicles meet performance and safety criteria
– Communicate quality concerns to production teams and provide detailed reports on findings
– Ensure that all installed equipment and modifications meet customer specifications and company requirements
– Maintain an organized, safe, and compliant work environment in accordance with quality control protocols
– Assist in implementing and improving quality assurance processes and procedures
– Lift up to 50 pounds as needed during inspections
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in a quality assurance or inspection role, ideally in an industrial or automotive setting
– Strong understanding of automotive repair, assembly, or modification processes
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
– High attention to detail with a focus on identifying and addressing quality issues
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
– Knowledge of quality control tools and processes
– Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members and management
Shift:
- Monday – Friday
- 6am – 3:30pm
Pay:
- $20/hr
