As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that vehicles meet strict quality and safety standards at all stages of modification and assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess vehicles during various stages of modification and assembly to verify adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics to confirm proper equipment installation and modification.
- Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from standards, and ensure corrective actions are completed before vehicle delivery.
- Perform visual and physical inspections of completed work, including disassembly and reassembly processes as required.
- Use testing tools and equipment to confirm vehicles meet performance and safety criteria.
- Communicate quality concerns to production teams and provide detailed, actionable reports on findings.
- Verify that all modifications and installations meet customer specifications and company standards.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and compliant work environment aligned with quality control protocols.
- Assist in implementing and improving quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed during inspections.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a quality assurance or inspection role, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair, assembly, or modification processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify and address quality issues effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and procedures.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members and management.
