As a Recruiting Manager at VIP Staffing, you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for placing workers in manufacturing, warehouse, clerical, finance, skilled trades and other professional roles within a 75-mile radius of our office.
Key Responsibilities for a Recruiting Manager:
- Source and hire workers to efficiently fill job openings
- Manage client orders, input detailed job descriptions into our database, and publish job listings on our website and public job boards.
- Utilize social networks and industry connections to build a strong pool of potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews, extend job offers, and communicate rejections in a legal and timely manner.
- Administer pre-employment tests, including drug screens and background checks.
- Handle counseling, disciplinary actions, and terminations of temporary associates and full time employee when necessary, documenting procedures as per our standard operating protocols.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and associates through quality control calls to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Develop, review, and enhance a strategic recruiting plan for the market.
Desired Skills & Experience for a Recruiting Manager:
- Payroll and Billing must be managed by Branch Manager on a weekly basis. If an admin/jr. recruiter is responsible for entry, Branch Manager must sign off stating that numbers are correct on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for all daily and weekly reporting such as EOD, Managers Weekly check off, weekly report (EOW), etc.
- Recruiting Manager is totally responsible for P&L to include reaching revenue goals at required GP levels, keeping expenses in line per budget, and maintaining profit levels.
