Primary Job Title: Replenishment Associate
Schedule: 5:45am – 2:15pm
Pay: $19
Job Summary
The Replenishment Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory in forward warehouse positions and conducting cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Additional responsibilities include pulling merchandise to fulfill orders and contributing to the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. This position operates in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Replenish inventory using voice inventory software (e.g., Jennifer).
- Organize and maintain product shelving.
- Operate powered equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols.
- Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Conduct bi-monthly inventory checks or as needed.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Fulfill orders by pulling inventory based on software instructions.
- Shelve merchandise as directed by inventory systems.
Required Experience:
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred but not mandatory.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Previous use of voice inventory software or similar systems.
- Familiarity with operating powered equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
Required Skills:
- Ability to follow verbal instructions with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and basic reading/writing proficiency.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in using voice inventory systems (e.g., Jennifer).
- Organizational skills for shelving and product management.
- Experience working in high-paced, physically demanding environments.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking, standing, climbing, and balancing in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Visual acuity for close, distance, and peripheral vision.
- Fast-paced movement throughout the day.
