We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support the Sales and Technical staff of a North Austin company. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity, working Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in a business casual environment.

Daily duties to include:

  • Reception

  • Proposal generation

  • Quote generation

  • Mail

  • Tracking paperwork

  • Updating client databases

  • Calendar Management

  • Customer Service

  • General Office support

  • Meeting support

  • High School education

  • 3+ years of Administrative Support experience

  • Sales support experience HIGHLY preferred

  • MS Office proficiency (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • VIsio experience a PLUS

  • General Office skills (fax/file/copy/scan/data entry)

  • Phone/Guest reception

  • Reliable transportation

Pay rate: $16-$20 hourly, DOE
