Sales Administrator Assistant Opening, San Antonio, TX

San Antonio, TX based managed services provider is seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Administrative Assistant to join the sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent computer literacy skills, operating knowledge and experience using Salesforce, experience or a high level of aptitude in event planning, and the ability to efficiently handle administrative tasks to support the sales team. 
 
Duties:
 
  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including proposal/quote generation, following up on quotes with clients, managing and generating sales reports for the team, managing the sales email inbox, managing the calendars for the sales team, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting dates/times with existing and potential clients.
  2. Perform order entry and maintain accurate records of transactions
  3. File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
  4. Assist with proofreading and transcribing documents as needed
  5. Assist with front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering the phones for the sales department.
  6. Support the team with various administrative tasks as assigned
  7. Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
 
Requirements:
  1. Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  2. (4) Year Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
  3. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  6. Previous experience as an administrative assistant is a plus
  7. Experience with Salesforce
 Work Location: On Site, 40 per week (Monday-Friday from 8-5)
