Sales Marketing Representative
The Sales Marketing Representative is responsible for driving outside sales efforts to achieve the company’s growth objectives and sales targets. This role involves customer relationship management, sales forecasting, and travel to provide customer support and product training, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and quality.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of sales or design experience, preferably in security, electrical, or related industries.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical/Mental Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, and walk as needed; excellent business acumen and communication skills in English.
- Work Environment: Office setting and job site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Prepare and process proposals and contracts, ensuring clear communication with key personnel.
- Stay current with industry trends through continuous training and education.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Follow established pricing structures and credit policies to ensure compliance.
Performance Expectations:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
Shift:
- Monday – Friday
- 8am – 5 pm
Pay:
- $35,000
