Senior Level IT Recruiter
We are looking for a proven and passionate Senior Technology Recruiter who will help implement and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies at a high level. VIP Tech Consultants is an exciting growing company and is becoming one of the top providers of IT talent in the market!

Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision and operate in a team environment.

Must possess analytical and technical ability to leverage best-in-class sourcing tools and social networking tactics to tap quality diverse technical talent pools.

Define, participate in, and execute sourcing strategy leveraging market intelligence and internal/external expertise to penetrate sparse talent pools and engage passive candidates.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong client/customer service orientation.
EXPERIENCE:
-
5+ years of full-cycle in-house technical recruiting for an enterprise-level organization.

Bachelors’ degree/advanced degree (or equivalent in experience), e.g., completion/participation in professional organization certification programs and/or designations.

ESSENTIAL SR. IT RECRUITER DUTIES:
Daily and/or Weekly Reporting to management, staff and/or customer.
Internal documentation to data bases daily to document history notes in customer or temporary employee database files, upkeep of job orders in database to include creation of job orders, billing/division profiles, adding and/or deleting employees assigned, etc. (Please see attached listing) *

Engage in full-cycle recruiting process to include: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring potential candidates for open positions.

Coordinate and provide timely feedback to candidates that supports a positive candidate experience.

Proactively seek new avenues to identify and attract candidates.
-
Maintain integrity of data in appropriate systems and job distribution channel.
-
Develop solid, trusted relationships with leadership and all team members.

Daily – End of the Day Reports – due by 4:00pm (If not provided by Branch Manager)

Job Order Entry for customers assigned ASAP or no later than Friday before payroll to be run for next week
-
Job Order Additions, Deletions, Change in Pay, etc. for Employee assigned to order
-
History Notes documentation in Employee and/or Customer file when you have pertinent conversations. Always document in the history notes of the employee/customer files pertaining to injuries, pay rate changes, performance feedback, attendance issues, buy-out and bill rate/mark-up information, etc.

Customer turnover and/or attendance reports as needed.

New start or fall off reporting of accounts provided by email or weekly reporting to management as requested.

Understand changes in billing by increases and decreases in business and client usage.

Participation in On-Call Rotation as requested

Participation in Unemployment Hearings as needed

Provide check-in to accounts
-
Insure customer satisfaction and regular contact to include follow-up of employees assigned to their account, walkthroughs or client service visits.

Participation in meetings as requested.
