Requirements

• 3-5 years of full desk recruiting

• Administrative/light Industrial/warehouse/professional

• Strong Organizational skills

• Tempworks knowledge a huge + Plus!!

• Proficiency in Microsoft office application a must

Responsibilities

• Generate employment brand awareness and implement, measure and monitor metrics that impact branding strategies

• A proven track record in a fast paced, high-volume and on-line based centralized recruitment environment

• Extensive knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and methodologies, employment legislation in the relevant geographic location.

• Assist in payroll as needed.

• Maintain weekly reports
