Would want experience with shear, press brake, saw, plasma burn table and iron worker. If they have experience in all these categories, great, but if they are only experienced in one, and are good at it, we want to talk to them. They need to read job drawings and plans and be able to definitely read a tape measure. Steel toed shoes required, must work Saturdays when needed, be dependable and on time.
