Our Southeast Houston area client is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor for their manufacturing facility.

Primary responsibilities:

• Supervise production staff to ensure all SOP’s are followed

• Report any quality issues

• Complete production reports

• Ensure that time lines are met

Qualifications:

• must have good leadership skills

• manufacturing experience

• mechanically inclined with the ability to learn all machines

• ability to effectively communicate

• able to listen and learn quickly

• bilingual a huge plus

• ability to work 3rd shift, but should be flexible to work any shift

Hours: 11pm – 7am Sun-Thur

Pay: up to $20/hr. DOE
