- Bilingual Shop Supervisor$19 – $20 an hour6am – 2:30pm M-FResponsibilities: Directly supervises employees in the manufacturing department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance to the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Includes the following and other duties may be assigned)Assign lead operator to set up jobs on assigned machinesPerform 1st article inspectionVerify orders to ensure no shortageEnsure time and counts are kept in the systemRequirements:Must have experience working in a manufacturing or production type environmentAbility to read tape measure, micrometer or caliperAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, proportions, area, circumference and volume.Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsBilingual
