Job description

The Sign Fabricator at the Texas Facility executes the Production Plan as determined by the Director of Manufacturing, and at the direction of the Production Floor Supervisors. This role includes maintaining the work flow and performing tasks related to released job orders for any and all work areas – as assigned by the Production Floor Supervisor. The Sign Fabricator may be assigned to different work stations at any time, and must be able to adapt to current Production demands. The Sign Fabricator performs tasks at all work stations on the Production Floor.

Responsibilities included with this role as part of the Texas Production Team as follows:

• Perform all tasks as directed by the Floor Supervisors

• Record time applied to each work station before and after each task

• Understand the estimated time allowed (In Made to Manage) for completion of each assigned task

• Review the job order and artwork with the Floor Supervisor prior to beginning each task

• Complete each assigned task in a timely manner (per the estimate)

• Maintain a neat and organized work station

• Meet or exceed Atlas Signs quality standards

• Maintain personal tools, as outlined on the personal tool list provided by Atlas Signs

• Maintain all equipment, per the guidelines outlined by the manufacturer and/or Atlas Signs

• Wear and maintain all safety gear as required for the work station

• Assist other Team Members

Shift: 1:30pm to 10:00pm Monday to Thursday

11:am to 7:30pm Fridays
