Methods:

LEAN Idea – Research/Build – Measure – Learn

MVP Minimum Viable Product (As soon as there is value… release it!)

AGILE Sprint Plan – Sprint Coordination – Test – Learn or Release

DevOps Plan Develop – Test – Release – Operate – Monitor

Communication Sprint Huddles, Sprint Review, Quarterly Meetings

Mandatory experience, skills and requirements (minimum 5 years):

  • Must be a creative and innovative thinker with an affinity to UX/UI and developing solutions that generate meaningful value and positive experience to the end user

  • Take ownership of project work while developing team relationships (should be a confident self-starter and team player)

  • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and design

  • Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable SalesForce solutions with best practices

  • Ensure the best possible quality of the application using test classes for the code that you develop

  • Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging providing remedy and supporting resolution

  • Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production

  • Support SalesForce Object modeling

  • Support data integration

  • Develop solutions using SalesForce API and API workbench

  • Develop advanced reports and dashboards

Technical Skills (minimum 5 years):

  • Apex

  • Visual Force

  • SalesForce API experience

  • SOQL / Work Bench / Developer Console

  • Lightning

  • HTML / Javascript / CSS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Utility or Customer Service related experience

  • Automating business processes

  • Integration with systems of records and external applications

  • Customer management, including CRM solutions
