TEAM LEAD LICENSED INSURANCE CUSTOMER SPECIALIST

VIP Staffing is currently recruiting for a Licensed Customer Retention Specialist (Property/Casualty, Life/Health) for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity in Missouri City, Texas. This position pays $30,000.00-$40,000.00/year

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote customer growth by creating enduring relationships with our customers. 

• Maximize store revenues by managing customer payment schedules and collection activities. 

• Oversee all aspects associated with servicing insurance clients from initial new business quoting, proposal creation, binding, policy issuance, account setup to year-round service support and renewal.

• Maintain a strong relationship with clients. Service client needs during policy term, including ongoing contact to assess risk and coverage as client’s needs change.

• Work in a fast-paced environment which includes balancing workload based on business needs between paperwork and calls.
