As the Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient productive and professional 24/7 contact center with 60+ members.

You will be involved with:

• Labor planning/budgeting

• Escalations and problem resolution

• Ensuring fanatical customer service

• Devising, maintaining, updating and enforcing policy and procedures

• Providing a positive, cooperative leadership style and presence

We are LOOKING FOR YOU, if you possess:

• 5+ years managing teams and career progression

• preferably 3+ in Call Center/Contact Center environment

• 3+ years demonstrated experience building successful teams and processes

• Strong analytical team player who has demonstrated problem solving and relationship building

• Great project manager, people manager, process manager with a high degree organizational and leadership skills

Requirements:

BS or BA degree

Proficient with Google Suite, MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
