As the Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient productive and professional 24/7 contact center with 60+ members.
You will be involved with:

Labor planning/budgeting
-
Escalations and problem resolution
-
Ensuring fanatical customer service
-
Devising, maintaining, updating and enforcing policy and procedures
-
Providing a positive, cooperative leadership style and presence
We are LOOKING FOR YOU, if you possess:
-
5+ years managing teams and career progression
-
preferably 3+ in Call Center/Contact Center environment
-
3+ years demonstrated experience building successful teams and processes
-
Strong analytical team player who has demonstrated problem solving and relationship building
-
Great project manager, people manager, process manager with a high degree organizational and leadership skills
Requirements:
BS or BA degree
Proficient with Google Suite, MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
