Immediately hiring an experienced TIG Sanitary Welder Assembler for a large plant on the southside of San Antonio.Pay is $20-$25/hr. based on experience. Will test out to start ASAP!Requirements:
- Seeking experienced TIG welders, at least 1-3 years field work outside of school training.
- Quality welding capability using TIG with thin gauge stainless, sanitary piping, and carbon utilizing all available welding techniques.
- Stainless Sanitary tubing welding test purging with argon with a seamless weld on the inside of the tubing.
- Must be able to set up and operate the TIG machine.
- Will assemble, fit, bolt up, and TIG weld.
- Grind out imperfections.
- Assemble and weld water treatment systems, plant systems, and bottling systems.
- Capability to fit machines using developed techniques as well as general fitting techniques.
- Capability to read and interpret shop-level drawings as presented by the engineering department.
- TIG welding on stainless.
- TIG welding on thin sheet metal.
- TIG Sanitary welding processes.
- Must have transportation, welding gear, and proper PPE.
