Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform time and motion studies using a video and timing device (stop watch);  results are documented on a time study sheet

• Observe processes to determine a start and end point for the time study

• Receive work direction from Program coordinator for methodology and priorities

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain professional and tactful in situations involving staff.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for prolonged periods.
