Duties:

Planning, deploying and maintaining IT systems and operations

Responsible for development and maintenance of all information technology and computer systems

Manage IT support staff and team of developer

Prioritize IT development needs, developing process to achieve them and establishing deadlines

Meets with company leaders to identify information needed to run the business and learn how the information needs to be displayed (dashboards)

Assess current processes within the organization and recommend best processes

Recommends software upgrades

Developing and overseeing the IT budget

Staying updated on IT trends and emerging technologies

Developing IT policies, procedures and best practices

Ensuring IT strategies and processes support company-wide goals

Overseeing relationships with vendors, contractors and service providers

Identify systems needed to support additional lines of the business

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Computer Science

5+ years in consulting practice with construction experience

Experience managing people
