Warehouseman – Forklift/Crane Operator

Move, load, unload steel inventory products using an overhead crane or industrial truck .

This includes inbound steel from trailers/railcars/placing steel in proper storage areas or racks

Transporting steel to the process areas

Filling customers orders by loading trucks

Racking the steel

Checking the steel stock to locate and move out of place items

Rotating stock for FIFO movement

Attaching chains, slings, hooks and or crane magnets to the products.

Must be able to read and write english and to use basic math. ‘Understand packing lists, bills of lading and shipping documents related to to inbound and outbound loads of steel products.

Marking material properly,sizes, heat numbers, grades and paint codes and knowledge of product shape

Shift is Night

5:00pm – 5:00am

Monday – Friday
