The Facility Manager will direct and oversee overall operations for the Centralized Waste Treatment facility. This position will be located at our Hutchins, Texas facility, and report to the Regional Director of Operations.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the facility’s processing, safety, quality control, and all plant employee management related duties.

• Manage all plant costs to optimize margins.

• Work with sales and fleet teams to drive business growth and set logistical priorities

• Hire, train, and support the employees in all facets of employment and operational needs.

• Mentor and develop employees for career progression future opportunities within the company.

• Ensure all Company safety programs and standards are met, and all trainings are completed. Encourage and maintain a “safety first” culture.

• Monitor and ensure that the facility is in compliance with all local, state and Federal regulations and/or permits, as well as compliance with Company’s Environmental Policy and ISO 14001 certification.

• Maintain a positive culture while promoting a TEAM environment.

• Ensure KPI’s set by upper management are met.

Basic Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in operations at a managerial level.

• Proven track record of operations management, and staff management/development.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively multi-task, while working in high-stress situations.

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Wastewater treatment background with knowledge of CWT regulations is a plus.

• Knowledge of the Used Oil Management standards under 40 CFR Part 279 is a plus.

Salary: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 /year
