Our client is seeking a skilled Welder to join their team in Grand Prairie, TX. The ideal candidate will excel in MIG and Flux Core welding techniques, possess the ability to interpret blueprints, and be equipped with their own welding gear. This role is integral to our manufacturing operations, ensuring precision and quality in every project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG and Flux Core welding tasks on various materials according to project specifications.
  • Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of welds by adhering to company and industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections of welded components to ensure specifications are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Required Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on welding experience in a professional or industrial setting.
  • Proven ability to work with MIG and Flux Core welding techniques.
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or heavy fabrication environment.
  • Familiarity with advanced welding processes or certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Welder).
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in MIG Welding and Flux Core Welding.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Possession of own welding gear, including safety equipment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of material properties and welding safety best practices.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
