Welder (Temp to Hire)

VIP Staffing is hiring welders for structural steel fabrication facility in Schertz area.

Welder with flux core and structural welding experience!

On the JOB Training, if you're willing to learn, we're willing to train! Tech school candidates welcome!

Starting Pay Rate:

$15.00

Prerequisites:

Must be Clean shaven (ok to interview with full beard but once job offer has been made-only mustache is acceptable in the work area)

If long haired, must wear hair tied back no exceptions.

Must wear 100% cotton shirt, denim no synthetic material

Must wear leather boots, steeltoe boots ok but NO sneakers

RX glasses must wear safety protector over glasses.

Must pass fitness and respiratory exam

Schedule:

5:55 AM – 4:30 PM Mon-Thurs. 10 hrs. 

5:55 AM – 2:00 PM Friday when required 8 hrs. (2 breaks but no lunch due to leaving early)
