Develop an in-depth understanding of technical deliverables and support customers in evaluating and integrating these deliverables.

Support new and existing customers in submitting products for successful Certification. Provide technical analysis of product test results and recommend necessary changes to ensure successful Certification completion.

Understand customer requirements, deliver technical presentations, technology demonstrations, and customer training and promote the value proposition to customers.?

Work closely together with Account managers, provide technical expertise, and help to interface across sales and engineering departments.

Work regularly with multi-functional teams as the “voice of the customer” providing feedback and driving advancements to products.

What Will You Bring

Experience with Arm Toolchain

Broadcast or media software experience

Experience With IP-based content delivery and playback products

Embedded Systems design for embedded processors

Strong understanding of network protocols including but is not limited to routing, L3/L4 & TCP/IP.

Knowledge of network architecture and low-level network protocols (ex: TCP, UDP, QUIC, etc.)

Solid understanding of multi-threaded/multi-core programming paradigms.
