Michael Martinez
Managing Director of VIP Tech

With more than a decade of IT staffing experience, Michael leads VIP Tech Consultants, the newest division of VIP Staffing. In addition to managing VIP Tech’s sales efforts, Michael is responsible for identifying, recruiting and placing IT professionals in an array of positions. These roles range from developers and business analysts to cybersecurity, business intelligence and technical support. Before joining the VIP Staffing team, Michael managed IT staffing efforts for a national IT consulting firm, overseeing high profile accounts with midsize to enterprise level corporations in the financial, technology, retail, insurance, oil & gas and healthcare industries. His successful track record and passion for helping clients and candidates has earned him multiple awards for exceeding profit objectives and securing key accounts.

Outside of the office, you will find Michael spending time with friends and family, traveling or enjoying a great baseball game, which he played at the collegiate level at Huston Tillotson University in Austin, Texas.

VIP Staffing announced today that they have won the Best of Staffing Client and Talent 5 Year Diamond Award for providing superior service to their clients and candidates for at least five (5) consecutive years. Presented in partnership with presenting sponsor Indeed and gold sponsor Talent.com, ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients and candidates. On average, clients of winning agencies are twice as likely to be completely satisfied and candidates who have been placed by winning agencies are twice as likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies.

Step 1: Surveys Sent to Clients & Candidates

  • Electronic satisfaction surveys are distributed to the staffing agency’s clients and candidates.
  • Rate VIP Staffing on a scale from 0-10 based on their most recent experience and ask how likely they would be to recommend the agency to a friend or colleague.
  • Must receive a 20% response rate to be considered.

Step 2: Ratings Collected

Each of VIP Staffing’s survey responses was calculated and validated by a third-party research firm and competition administrator, Inavero.

  • Clients Rated VIP Staffing on:
    • Issue resolution time
    • Qualified Candidates
    • Culture fit of the candidates provided
    • Timeframe to fill position
    • Setting realistic expectations for the open position
  • Candidates Rated VIP Staffing on:
    • Issue resolution time
    • Responsiveness
    • Providing accurate job descriptions
    • Treating candidates well

Step 3: Win Best of Staffing®

Agencies must meet the minimum score requirement calculated by Inavero to win.

  • VIP Staffing received 9 or 10 out of 10 from the large majority of both client and candidates in all categories, showcasing the delivery of quality service.
  • Less than 2 percent of agencies in the U.S. and Canada win this award.
