Maintenance Technician – DeSoto, Texas

  • Manufacturing facility
  • Flexible to work between shifts as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience making / repairing manufacturing plant equipment necessary
  • Machinist experience: Needs to have experience with manual mills and lathes; making replacement parts for equipment
  • Equipment repair knowledge/experience in troubleshooting and repairing
  • Electrical wiring and electronic sensors, hydraulic pumps and hoses, air compressors, small chiller/cooler systems. Metal working industry preferred
  • Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, welding experience

 

Shipping/Receiving Coordinator – Dallas, Texas

  • 1st shift Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
  • Must be flexible to work until 5:00 PM as needed)
  • Oversee the shipping, receiving and inventory operations of a leading Dallas based manufacturer
  • Duties include managing warehouse personnel, routing shipments, reviewing shipment manifests with actual content
  • Warehouse management duties include assigning personnel to specific work stations throughout the shift. Understanding and determining staffing requirements based on business need. Recruitment, interviewing and hiring of potential candidates
  • Safety conscience and the ability to work closely with the Safety Coordinator to develop, modify and implement safety policy and procedures for all warehouse personnel. Additionally, perform regular safety checks and after-action reviews following and safety incidents
  • Perform a quarterly review of all warehouse operations to examine efficiencies, safety, on-time delivery and overall employee morale. As a follow through, the Shipping Coordinator must present findings and suggested updates or changes to management
  • Analyze work orders, invoices, and demand forecasts daily to estimate shipping, storage and delivery requirements, and use this information to create employee schedules and resource allocation requests
  • Daily inspection of warehouse, dock, vehicles, and equipment according to checkup schedules and initiate appropriate actions to remedy any and all unsatisfactory findings
  • Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders as needed to answer any and all questions, relay shipping updates, and handle complaints calmly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must
  • Must have a keen attention to detail
  • Must have experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience working as a supervisor or manager in a warehouse environment
  • Must have at least 1-2 shipping and receiving experience
  • Must be able to operate a sit-down forklift
  • Preferred, but not required, bilingual in English and Spanish.

 

Material Handler – Dallas, Texas

  • Responsible for movement of production materials and finished products
  • This position assists the insulation lamination machine operator with lamination production, quality control, and safety to ensure products produced meet standards of the customer’s order
  • Properly unwrap rolls of insulation and load them on the Lamination Machine
  • Perform quality inspections by examining all products to verify conformance to company standards
  • Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, using hand trucks
  • Properly unload and bag finished product rolls off the Lamination Machine
  • Counts finished product to determine completion of production order
  • Perform quality inspections by examining all products to verify conformance to company standards

 

Warehouse Associate – Dallas, Texas

  • 1st shift Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
  • Responsible for loading & unloading of trucks. 

Requirements:

  • Must have sharp attention to detail skills and correctly locate material on orders and take material to the correct location
  • Directly interact with customers – great customer service skills
  • Pull/stage orders
  • Load Delivery Trucks
  • Put up stock
  • Open crates
  • Keep working area clean and organized
  • Fork Lift experience is a HUGE plus, but not a requirement.
  • Be able to lift up to 60 pounds, will teach proper lifting technique

 

Project Manager – Albuquerque, New Mexico

  • Develop project plans, ensure resource availability and allocation by delivering every project on time within budget and scope
  • Relocation assistance a possibility for the ideal applicant

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent overall computer skills, SAP experience is preferred but not required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate, ISO, Lean/Six Sigma experiences are a plus

 

Housekeeping/Apartment Cleaner – Albuquerque, New Mexico

  • Clean and Sanitize Apartments during vacancies and after tenants vacate
