Axle / Hydraulic Installation – Ft. Worth, Texas

  • Assist in assembling of a wide variety of heavy equipment
  • Use hand tools and machines to assemble hydraulic parts and run hoses
  • Communicate any issues that arise with supervisors
  • Conduct quality checks on products
  • Maintain a 5S work environment
  • Perform other tasks as directed by supervision
  • Abide by all safety policies and procedures
  • Complete installation of rail gear and hydraulic plumbing

Requirements:

  • Must be able to troubleshoot problems
  • Candidate must work well with others
  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Requires strong attention to detail in department processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of wiring and hydraulics are required
  • Ability to work either 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as necessary
  • Must be able to interpret engineering drawings
  • Requires the ability to comprehend and follow written work instructions

Hydraulic Assembler – Arlington, Texas

  • Assembly and disassemble of equipment.
  • Pressure testing on equipment, repair and change of equipment parts, painting equipment and machinery, grease, oil, minor maintenance and delivery equipment to the field
  • Fix any equipment problems that arise

 

Shop Helper – Houston, Texas

  • Operate the necessary tools and or equipment per customer specifications
  • Process orders to assure production schedule and quality standards are met
  • Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner, report safety concerns to your supervisor and maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Interpret work orders and drawings to cut pieces correctly and insuring correct materials for each job
  • Fill out required paperwork, delivery tags
  • Finalize Work completion i.e. final inspection of material quality and quantity, packaging and labeling
  • Shift: M-F 8am-5pm with flexibility to work overtime including Saturday

Requirements:

  • HS graduate or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in an industrial shop environment as a shop hand; Fab shop experience a plus
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screen
  • Forklift certified is a plus
  • Ability to read order and proceed with completing each order to exact specifications, in the most efficient manner
  • Strong attention to detail is required
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to stand, lift, climb and perform various other physical functions
  • Must be able to handle, lift and move steel parts up to 50 lbs
  • Position requires complete physical agility, mobility and dexterity
  • Display the ability to accurately use basic math skills

 

Inside / Counter Sales – Houston, Texas

  • Located in downtown Houston area
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity
  • Family owned utility supply company
  • Assisting front counter & incoming sales.
  • Cold calling customer lists
  • Respond to customer requests, quickly and professionally
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems, build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Must have strong customer service experience, excellent computer skills

CNC Machinist – Houston, Texas

  • Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
  • Reads and interprets blueprints
  • Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
  • Uses precision tools, machinery and equipment such as lathe, vertical milling machine, drill press, hydraulic press, chop saw, band saw, push and pull broaches and a variety of cutting tools and equipment
  • Fabricates and shapes parts such as tools and machine parts out of metal, plastics and composites
  • Properly and safely selects, aligns, secures and removes holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machines
  • Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling
  • Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
  • Evaluate experimental procedures and recommend change or modifications for efficiency and adaptability to setup and production

Requirements:

  • Ability to track parts and jobs into the vantage system.
  • Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures
  • Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions
  • Must be able to pass a written and hands on test

 

Electric Motor Mechanic – Houston, Texas

  • Read job cards to determine: job status, work authorizations / limitations, estimate, description of problems, and/ or expected serviceability
  • Test electromechanical equipment to troubleshoot known or suspected problems using various methods (AC or DC)
  • Disassemble electromechanical equipment noting parts identification, configuration and condition
  • Clean electromechanical equipment assemblies as needed using various methods and steps, including but not limited to: parts washers, steamers, caustic tanks, glass beaders, etc.
  • Measure for or note proper replacement parts
  • Correctly requisition needed items from service center office, as approved by supervisor
  • Replace or repair worn or defective mechanical or electromechanical assemblies, including but not limited to: bearings, brushes, brush holders, motor leads, gears, seals, impellers, mechanical switches, brakes, clutches, clutch rotors, tachs, fans, end shields, etc.
  • Retest reassembled electromechanical equipment for proper output and operation
  • Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis
  • Operate specialized repair and testing equipment and other equipment as needed
  • Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear (especially eye and ear protection)
  • Lift, tighten, adjust and/or secure heavy objects in order to perform work duties.
  • Keep work area neat and clean as directed by supervisor
  • Assist other mechanics or other service center personnel in skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by supervisor or service center manager
  • Perform other skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by supervisor

 

Electrical Apprentices – Austin, Texas

  • Electrical apprentices for a local contractor that specializes in high-end tenant finish out work
  • Hours are M-F 6 AM-3PM

Requirements:

  • Valid TDLR license
  • All tools for the trade including cordless, & impact drills
  • Minimum 2 years commercial experience
  • Temp-perm opportunity
  • Once converted eligible for company benefits that include PTO, insurance, and holidays

 

Warehouse Associate/Order Puller – Dallas, Texas

  • 1stShift: 8 AM-5PM Monday – Friday, Saturdays as needed
  • Pull materials from various locations throughout the warehouse
  • Pull material based on order form, recheck to ensure accuracy
  • Correctly locate material on orders and take items to correct location
  • Package materials and stage them for shipping
  • Always interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Keep work clean of any debris
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, will teach individual proper lift technique
  • Must be a team player and willing to pitch in where and when needed
  • Must be willing to work until the work is done

 

Warehouse/Forklift & Electric Pallet Jack – DeSoto, Texas

  • Load, unload & deliver materials within or near work-site using a stand-up forklift
  • Count and weigh materials or containers & record information
  • Obey all safety guidelines and regulations
  • Responsible for cleanliness of the warehouse
  • 2ndShift: 6 PM-6 AM Tuesday-Friday- Pay: $13.00/hr. (lots of overtime available)

  • Proficient in working with cutting torch, grinder, drill press, milling machine, lathe and hand tools
  • Proficient in working with motors, brakes and clutches. Proficient in welding and metal fabrications
  • Proficient in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing ammonia refrigeration equipment
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardwire controls of 480 and 120 volts

Requirements:

  • Must also be able to read electrical schematics and blueprints
