  • 1st shift Monday – Friday
  • Produce or repair precision parts using both manual and automated equipment and accurate measurements
  • Ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures

Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity and an eye for detail. 
  • Knowledge of mathematics and mechanics as well as respect for safety precautions
  • 2 plus years machining experience as CNC or machine operator
  • Fanuc experience
  • CNC lathe experience
  • Job shop experience – ability to set-up individual jobs directly from engineering drawings without the aid of already written instructions

 

Maintenance Tech – DeSoto/Cedar Hill, Texas

  • Manufacturing facility
  • Flexible for 1st or 2nd shift
  • Equipment repair – knowledge/experience in troubleshooting and repairing
  • Electrical wiring and electronic sensors, hydraulic pumps and hoses, air compressors, small chiller/cooler systems

Requirements

  • Previous experience making/repairing manufacturing plant equipment necessary
  • Machinist experience – needs to have experience with manual mills and lathes; making replacement parts for equipment

Requirements:

  • Banking/Credit Union background strongly preferred

Technical Account Manager – San Antonio, Texas

  • Provide advice and guidance as the solutions subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage and adoption of solutions
  • Design and develop innovative solutions to client requirements using solutions
  • Undertake discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for solutions usage across organizational functions and processes
  • Function as a frontline technical resource for “best practice” and informal client questions
  • Engaging with client support as a client advocate to ensure speedy resolution of client issues
  • Engaging with product management as the client advocate on product roadmap discussions

Requirements:

  • High-level process knowledge and technical skills relating to software development, networking and database management:
  • Knowledge of Windows-based server operating systems
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level applications is preferred
  • Experience supporting mobile applications and back-end technologies preferred
  • Drive results and/or remediation of any PCI or security audit items applicable to assigned Agent clients
  • 3+ years of experience in a related function is required. Direct client advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services functions.
  • Successfully managed client engagements to completion and client satisfaction
  • Excellent analytical skills & problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
  • Exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills

Service Desk – San Antonio, Texas

  • Responsible for supporting employees by responding to inquiries, questions and requests relating to various payroll functions
  • Provides first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to the correct resources
  • Professionally responsive to employee inquiries, questions and requests via case ticketing system
  • Supports service ticket(s) escalation to meet service level agreement [SLA]
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved

Dev Ops Engineer – Houston, Texas

  • Build and maintain Microsoft Azure & Amazon Web Services to support custom Web applications
  • Guide internal team on creating scalable, stable cloud deployment infrastructures
  • Build, deploy, monitor and troubleshoot our dev, test and production environments
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients who rely on use to deploy and operate their custom web applications
  • Automate and improve our internal operations and processes
  • Manage our Continuous Integration and Deployment setups

Requirements:

  • Experience with one or more front-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React or Ember)
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL or MySQL) and Data Modeling
