Executive Administrative Assistant – New Braunfels, Texas

  • Full-time employment
  • Support company’s Vice President
  • Provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives
  • Coordinate daily calendars of senior managers
  • Plan appointments and events
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
  • Create regular reports and update internal databases

  • Proven work experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Sr. Administrative Assistant or similar roll
  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • Solid experience with office management systems, ERPs and MS Office
  • Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
  • Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – New Braunfels, Texas

  • Perform journey-level maintenance and repair of food processing equipment
  • Perform interior and exterior building maintenance
  • Perform equipment preventive maintenance
  • Works with shop machinery and heavy equipment
  • May be required to obtain certifications such as welding, electric, electronic, or other areas determined necessary by employing department
  • Work involves some irregular work schedule


  • Must be able to lift and routinely carry up to 75 pounds and perform strenuous work
  • Required to stand or walk up to 100% of duty time
  • Requires some bending, stooping and repetitive motion.
  • Prepares records of maintenance, repairs, and time involved; maintains inventory of supplies, parts, and materials
  • Must be capable of completing written reports accurately and legibly
  • Must be able to follow directions of management
  • Must be flexible in the event of schedule changes
  • Must prepare and use chemical compounds in a safe manner for use in facilities and manufacturing equipment
  • Must be able to adhere to policies on codes of conduct and substance abuse. Other duties may be required at the discretion of management
  • Good knowledge ofsafety requirements and procedures relating to mechanical equipment

Center Facility Maintenance Technician – Houston, Texas

  • Performs a variety of tasks in order to keep facilities in clean and orderly condition
  • Works independently under general instructions and is expected to determine how to accomplish work assignments
  • Operates and monitors facility mechanical plant and reports any malfunctions to supervisor
  • Provides support to technicians during preventive maintenance of primary electro/mechanical systems such as air conditioning systems, heating systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems
  • Performs preventive maintenance on fitness equipment and either makes repairs or coordinates repairs with outside resource as required
  • Performs routine maintenance of pool and spas and make chemical adjustments as required
  • Oversee work of outside maintenance and cleaning service contractors
  • Performs minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
  • Coordinates with Facilities Technician and outside vendors for major repairs to plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
  • Performs architectural repairs including wall repair and painting
  • Performs general maintenance duties including changing light bulbs and ballasts, housekeeping and grounds work
  • Orders maintenance supplies as needed


  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations of building systems, including swimming pools
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external customers
  • Clear driving record and valid Texas driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and work from a man lift



Service Technician – Houston, Texas

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot machining equipment, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Perform field service assignments involving installation, start-up maintenance, and repair/replacement of ATI Products at customer plants. Field service will consist of interfacing with customer to direct performance of site maintenance personnel or personally performing the required maintenance tasks
  • Evaluates and analyzes technical problems and collaborates as needed with Engineering in the development of solutions
  • Instructs/trains customers in the proper maintenance and repair of ATI products.
  • Managing unforeseen challenges that arise during the execution of the on-site activities such as missing or wrong spare parts, the need for unexpected body repairs, upset or anxious customers, etc.
  • Works with Engineering Department to resolve design and/or manufacturing errors.
  • Other assignments as required
  • Understands and adheres to organizational and department policy and procedures.
  • Conducts himself/herself in a professional manner at all times
  • Maintains job-related confidentiality
  • Resolves conflicts respectfully and in a timely manner, asks for assistance from appropriate supervisor/HR as needed

  • Four plus years of experience in a Field Service environment.
  • Machinist/metal removal experience is desirable
  • Technical aspects of ATI products
  • Valve and actuator assembly and disassembly
  • Blueprint/drawing reading
  • Basic machining
  • Control system calibration
  • Computer operations such as Word, Excel, email
  • Knowledge of various inspection techniques
  • Skills in managing on-site field service activities necessary to complete the project to the satisfaction of the customer, and as contracted and agreed
  • Skills in exercising independent judgment in the analysis, resolution, and execution of solutions to technical problems
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time, domestically or internationally, on as little as 24-hour notice
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization



Apprentice Electricians – Schertz, Texas

  • Commercial construction electricians


  • 3+ years commercial apprentice electrical experience
  • OSHA 10 Certification


Concrete Superintendent – DFW area

  • 100% travel
  • Company provides extensive training and for the first 6 months this position will be working with a senior superintendent
  • Will be running crews of 10+ at any given time
  • Base plus bonus plan and per diem

  • Heavy civil concrete work or large commercial concrete construction experience

Welding Fabrication Manager – Dallas, Texas

  • Directs and manages the day to day operations for the steel production area. This position is expected to uphold the mission, vision and values established by the organization
  • Develops welding techniques, procedures, and application of welding equipment to problems involving fabrication of metals, utilizing knowledge of production specifications, properties and characteristics of metals and metal alloys, and engineering principles
  • Conducts research and development investigations to develop and test new fabrication processes and procedures, improve existing or develop new welding equipment, develop new or modify current welding methods, techniques, and procedures, discover new patterns of welding phenomena, or to correlate and substantiate hypotheses
  • Establishes welding procedures to guide production and welding personnel relating to specification restrictions, material processes, pre- and post-heating requirements which involve use of complex alloys, unusual fabrication methods, welding of critical joints, and complex post heating requirements
  • Evaluates new developments in welding field for possible application to current welding problems or production processes
  • Works alongside plant manager and human resources regarding hiring, terminating and performance management for steel production employees
