Temporary hires are sought for last minute fill-ins, short or long-term projects, or peak season extra assistance.
The VIP Staffing temp-to-hire program allows your organization to evaluate new employees prior to making a hiring commitment. After a specifically designated number of hours, our client-partners have the option to convert a VIP placement to their own permanent hire.
VIP will assume the responsibility of advertising for, screening and testing candidates for your available permanent position. Once you have selected one of the qualified candidates we have presented, you may place them on your payroll immediately.
