Administrative Assistants – Front Office duties (as determined)

Established Company in North Houston is currently looking for intelligent self-starter who is willing to work hard and have lots of fun. Company has a casual office with great people, and they are looking for a candidate who wants to grow with the company. The reward would be promoted within 12-months as Assistant to the CFO.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Company is looking for a competent Office Assistant to help manage daily office management tasks and assist in wearing multiple hats as needed.

  • The ideal candidate will be hardworking, able to undertake a variety of office support and accounting tasks, and will be ready and excited to take on new challenges.

  • This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

  • Verbal and Written Communication Skills

  • Professional Personal Presentation – Strong Confident Leader

  • Customer Service Orientation, Organized and Reliable.

  • Knowledge of Administrative and Clerical Procedures

  • Knowledge of Customer Service & Principles and Practices.

  • Produce and maintain various reporting metrics and presentation material through Advanced MS Excel, and other Microsoft programs.

  • Coordinate travel, hotel and transportation arrangements and meeting agendas related with customer visits so that customers have an exceptional experience and a single point of contact when visiting

  • Assist the management team with both domestic and international travel arrangements, meeting agendas and related administrative tasks

  • Greet and assist visitors who arrive for in-house meetings.

  • Order and manage office supply inventory and maintain office equipment.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and must have Attention to Detail Skills.
