Our Downtown Houston area client has a temp-to-hire opportunity for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join their family owned utility supply company


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming call from customers and prospects

        • Provide product information

        • Research and resolve issues

        • Track orders

  • Work from a sales list to make outbound calls

    • grow current customer accounts

    • acquire new customers through cold calling



  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good organizational and follow-up skills

  • Must have standard office and computer skills

  • Bilingual a plus


Pay: $12-$14/hr DOE
