Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital link between clients and field units to facilitate prompt service and product delivery.
- Utilize mapping software, alongside real-time weather and traffic updates, to devise optimal delivery or driving routes.
- Handle customer concerns or emergencies with composure and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate call logs or dispatching software to track all incoming and outgoing communications.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key contracted clients.
- Supervise vehicle scheduling and routes, dispatch vehicles efficiently, and provide timely updates to drivers.
- Address scheduling issues and driver concerns, escalating them to the relevant management personnel.
- Offer innovative solutions for drop-off and pickup challenges.
- Support in the day-to-day operational oversight.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with modern software.
- Capacity to maintain composure and deliver clear instructions during high-pressure situations.
