- Must have metal fabrication experience
- Must have quality control experience
- Must be fluent in Math
- Must have experience with programming machine control screens
- Must have experience with Recordkeeping
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must read and write well
- Must be reliable with a complete resume
- Must have steel toe boots
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
