VIP Staffing is hiring IMMEDIATELY for the following:

Duct Fabricators

DUTIES:

• Work safely following company policies.

• Fabricate/Manufacture HVAC related equipment according to manufacturers specifications.

• Build and manufacture HVAC components for commercial buildings.

• Ability to operating a wide variety of machinery and power tools. Specifically including sheet metal fabrication.

• Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.

• Provide assistance to other team members as directed by management.

• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors.

• Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job.

• Maintain cleanliness of job site and or assigned work area.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.

• Able to tolerate temperatures above 120 degrees or below 40 degrees for extended periods of time, warehouse environment.

• Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl

SCHEDULE:

Monday – Saturday 6am-3:30pm.
