Summary:Provide leadership in the development and execution of human resource strategies that support the organization's needs and the achievement of business objectives.  Main point of contact and subject matter expert to internal customers on HR related issues. Provide direct support to organization, leaders, and team members.Responsibilities:Create and implement plans for; talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, culture and engagement, recognition and rewards, and retention initiatives.Collaborate with leadership team to train management and employees with the desired company culture

Strategize with leadership to establish improvement initiatives to create, revise or improve policies, procedures and HR practices to facilitate greater effectiveness, efficiency, and customer service.Resolve employee relations issues in a timely and responsive manner and escalate issues as appropriate. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.Develop strategic recruitment plans to ensure successful hiring and retention of high-quality talent.Create, implement and manage training and development initiatives.Requirements:Experience of at least 5 years work experience in an HR Manager or HR Generalist role and/or equivalent combination of education or experience.Manufacturing experience is a plusKnowledge of HR practices including recruitment, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, training and development and compensation. 

Exceptional conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Spanish / English bi-lingual is a plus
