1st shiftResponsibilities:•    Set-Up molds and prepare material for production run•    Start achiness using process guidelines•    Trouble shoot runs implement changes in the process to correct issues•    Ensure machines run to maximum capacity and utilization•    Ensure manufacturing processes are being implemented correctly•    Ensure injection molding machines are running quality parts•    Take any additional tasks assignedRequirements:•    Needs to have safety first before all else•    HSD or Equivalent•    2 years process and mold change experience•    Very proficient with the functions and capabilities of injection molding machine•    Be an excellent communicator•    Ability to implement lean processes•    Be a good team player•    Basics of PM'S•    Knowledge of processing HDPE, LDPE, Polypro, Santoprene, Nylon
