Inventory Control Specialist $20/hr- The Colony

Full-time position located in The Colony. This position (Inventory Control) will direct the activities of the warehouse personnel in the receiving, production and shipping areas.

Mon – Fri 8:00 am-4:45 pm

Roles and responsibilities:

• Oversees put away processes on inbound materials Weekly inventory cycle/physical counts Maintains and develops organized material staging locations in the warehouse Works with leads and supervisors to maintain material stock levels throughout the production day

Skills and Qualifications:

• Two to four years related experience or equivalent with Inventory Control. 

• Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices. 

• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates 

• Commitment to excellence and high standards 

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills 

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm 

• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees 

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines 

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. 

• Must comply with all safety requirements

•  Ability to perform the physical labor necessary 

• Bilingual preferred, not mandatory 

• Warehouse Management System Experience
