Our client in the South East area is looking for a Maintenance Tech!

Must have basic building maintenance and grounds maintenance (ex. someone that may change light bulbs, paint, clean trash from the grounds)

Must have a clean driving record and clean background

Must be able to work in the outside climate.
Will train the right candidate, if candidate is a quick learner.
