Production Supervisor-2nd Shift
Direct Hire!
Salary: $55K + DOE
- Manage employees in the Production Area
- Responsibilities: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; rewarding and disciplining employees;
- Other responsibilities: planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints
- Ensure participation and cooperation in company-implemented ESHA programs. Follow all company safety rules
Experience Required:
- Assure all production departments are clean, including recycling materials
- Able to perform activities of workers supervised
- Ability to communicate effectively; Able to prepare reports and correspondence; Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization; Proficient with computer usage and the various operating programs (SAP,BPCS, & Windows a plus.)
