Position: Real Estate Marketing Analyst

Job Purpose: To be responsible for new business and renewal business marketing support in accordance with the agency marketing plan. Responsible to Real Estate Investment Department Team Leader.

Job Function Responsibilities:

? Prepare Client Dashboard at start of Renewal process – 150 Days prior to renewal date

? Create New Client File

? Prepare new submission prep documents such as applications, Statement of Values, and Loss Runs to market new and renewal business.

? Prepare Certificates of Insurance and Evidences of Property.

? Monitor payments and track invoicing.

? Order Flood determinations and Letter of Map Amendments.

? Order MSB’s for replacement cost evaluations.

? Process Flood renewals and renewal invoices.

? Rate on-line business (Lessor’s Risk Only, Flood, Workers Compensation).

? Review Binders to Quotes; Policies to Binders; Deliver to Client

? Maintain and update Agency Management System

? Manage Client Communication System

Job Specifications:

? High school diploma with college degree or business school desirable.

? At least two years of experience in underwriting or insurance agency service position.

? Above average phone personality and ability to deal with people.

? In-depth knowledge of commercial coverage and rating.

? Holds professional designation or is actively pursuing (CISR, CPSR, CIC).

? Holds Texas property-casualty insurance solicitors license.
