Email:  cblythe@vip-staffing.comScopeProvide full, comprehensive service to customers and contract associates as assigned. Perform all functions related to service of assigned customers and communicating hiring needs within the framework of the team. Accountabilities range from order fulfillment, to creating and updating job postings, quality calls to customers, and reporting. Assist in increasing revenue through skill marketing and recruiting efforts.Essential DutiesFulfill customer requests for staff, reporting, arrival calls or check-ins and any additional tasks required to satisfy the customer and their requirements.
Coordinate with the team daily to prioritize orders and get status updates on active openings.
Documentation in ATS daily to record activity or correspondence related to the customer or temporary associate.
Participate in weekly scheduled meetings and/or other meetings called by management, supervisor, or customer.
Identify and participate in career fairs at various locations in Bernalillo County, Valencia County and Sandoval County.
Create content and post open jobs on all social media platforms. Modify job postings as needed to receive results for a healthy candidate flow. Social Media platforms include LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and more.
Create content for open jobs and post to various job boards.  Manage postings by adding and removing as needed.  Modify postings as needed to ensure a healthy flow of applicants are responding.
 
Qualifications
Communication skills, both oral and written, are required. Listening skills are paramount.
Employees must be service oriented and ability to multi-task.
Prioritization skills and sensitivity to deadline-oriented requests daily.
Employees must be self-directed and can work independently. 
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, e-mail correspondence and resumes as required by customer.
Ability to communicate effectively by multiple modes including speaking in front of or within groups. 
Reasoning Skills and Critical Thinking SkillsAbility to identify, communicate and resolve issues pertaining to customers, temporary associates and teamwork issues as well as anticipate clients ongoing and additional staffing needs.
Ability to comprehend a variety of instruction in multiple formats.Self-Management Skills
Ability to maintain a high degree of both customer and candidate contact requiring consistent self-management attributes.
