What You Will Do:

Performs administrative activities associated with booking/funding of retail contracts, including screening for compliance with Truth-in-Lending and Equal Credit Opportunity Act, matching contracts with credit approval and verifying terms, conditions and rates. Monitors rates, reviews credit life, disability, extended warranty and other added policies. Monitors membership eligibility and ensures all new accounts are opened properly. Reviews contract and credit application for completeness, proper signatures, accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

What We Require:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of two (2) year of purchasing third party retail automobile contracts and/or comparable experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with basic knowledge of applicable office software.

• Good math skills.

• Good judgment in performance of moderately complex tasks, deferring only unusual cases to Senior Loan Processor, Loan Officer or Indirect Lending Management.

• Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to perform in a high-volume environment.
