Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Coordinates the receipt, documentation, and disposition of material before their placement into inventory

· Reconciles Packing Slips, Bill of Ladings (BOLs), and Purchase Orders (POs) against shipments to drive inventory accuracy

· Communicates any shipment discrepancies or abnormalities to Purchasing for resolution with the vendor

· Operates forklift, pallet jack, or other company equipment to transport material on-site

· During off-peak hours, may be required to assist with the placement of material into inventory or staging of material for customer deliveries or pick-ups (Will-Call)

· Other duties as assigned

Critical Skills

· Ability to identify critical material information such as part numbers, part descriptions, quantities, units of measurement, and weights from a variety of document templates

· Strong attention to detail

· Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently
