SHIPPING COORDINATORSTARTING @ $18.00 to $21.00 DOEResponsibilities included with this role as part of the Texas Production Team as follows:Review all projects and tasks prior to production; confirming the product matches the line item descriptions on the packing listAssign tasks to Production Team Members; ensuring complete understanding of the scope of workEnsure Production Team Members record their labor in Made To ManageEnsure Production Team Members are utilizing required safety gear at all timesAssist Production Team as neededCoordinate the crating and packaging of all productCoordinate the loading of all trucksCoordinate the unloading of all materials and supplies delivered to the Texas FacilityQuality check product during and after completion of each taskCommunicate project status to Director of Manufacturing every dayAcquire digital images of all product before/during and after completion of packagingSave all images to a designated server location; formatted per the Director of ManufacturingLabel all packages per the Director of Manufacturing; to include the following:BOLShipping LabelArtwork

Packing ListTrain new Team Members on all processes and procedures associated with the work stations detailed aboveSubmit purchase requests to Purchasing Team for supplies and materials at the work station detailed aboveEnsure all work stations are cleaned and maintained by Production Team Members at all timesThis Team Member must be able to multitask, and effectively communicate project requirements to and from the Director of Manufacturing, Project Management and the Texas Production Team.
