My name is Darius, I recently moved to Texas and was looking for a great career that I can call home. I drove big rigs over the road for about 5 years, but that wasn’t my cup of tea. A great career, just NO HOME TIME. I continued to look for my dream job until I came across VIP Staffing on indeed.com. Just as soon as I left a job that wasn’t fit for me or my needs, VIP Staffing was there for me. They told me about an opportunity with a company that matched my skills and I went there and gave them my 11 years of warehouse experience. I put in 100% everyday and brought my A game. Now look at what I have accomplished. I’ve gained 2nd Shift Lead and Employee of the Month. I’ve never experience that in 17 years of hard work and dedication. I’m really thankful for the opportunity that VIP Staffing and my new employer has given me. Anyone can be successful and achieve great things out of life. You just have to remember team work is the key to success, so if you have great knowledge in whatever it is that you know how to do, step forward and teach others. Once again I would like to thank everyone for believing in me.
