I Found a Wonderful Cultural Match

I moved into the area in late 2020 and responded to a posting for VIP Tech. Matthew reached out directly to me, walked me through the opportunity, then spent quality time with me walking me through the application and interview process. He was quick to respond to questions regarding the position and provide feedback during the interview process. I was offered a contract position with conversion to a company employee at the end of my contract. Very pleased to say, I found a wonderful cultural match via Matthew, and have converted to their full time payroll. Thank you, Matt, Mike and the Team at VIP for being a bridge to my new career home.
